Wordcount weirdness 2

So, the hat has just found out that its word counting program has been lying to it.

Thanks to some bug in the hat's word processor, it hasn't been counting the words right. The hat knew something wasn't right when it totaled up the dialog for 0.20 and got only 6912 words. No dialog was missing, and a 155 KB text file should have way more than 6000 words...

So the hat tried another word processor and got 29,071 words. It then verified this with another word processor.

So, the word count for 0.20 will be approximately 29,071 words give or take some minor editing before the Sept 1st release.
