Version 0.22 progress report and redrawn opening scene

The hat has completed the major work for version 0.22, which is planned to be released on Oct 1st. So with the major work completed, the hat is taking care of an issue that's been bothering it for awhile now.

The opening scene:

The hat has never been completely happy with this scene. This was drawn back when it wasn't certain that this project would go anywhere. So this artwork has basically been placeholder/proof of concept artwork. While it's been serviceable, there are various little issues like the position of the wrists that have just been bothersome.


Since players will likely need to restart the game to access the new Kylie route, the hat figures that now would be a good time to redraw the opening scene:


There's still more work to be done, and Oct 1st is just days away, but the hat will try and get the redrawn opening scene complete by then.
