Dealing with loss...

A little bit at a time. That's how you deal with loss. A little bit at a time.
That's also how you deal with going through the house of a deceased loved one. You do it a little bit at a time.
It's hard. Some of it is physically hard, like moving a cabinet.
Some of it is psychologically hard, like going through the books that she liked to read.
But the answer's the same. You get through it a little at a time. Move that cabinet a few inches, then rest. When you're ready, move it a few more inches, then rest. Sort through a few books, then rest. When you're ready, sort through a few more books, then rest again. By the end of the day it's amazing how much a room is transformed.
That advice is almost universal for tackling a large problem. You break it down into smaller problems and deal with the small problems.
That's how the hat makes Re Education, especially the artwork. Draw a few lines, save the file, and rest. Draw a few more lines, save the file, and rest.

How happy I am that what you tell has never happened to me. I fear for when my time comes to live that.
Well, you just deal with it little by little... Death is a part of life, and to not have death would make life much worse.
