Version 0.35 progress report

It has been a difficult few weeks for the purple hat. Losing a loved one is difficult, and it's not just the loss. It's going through the facets of their life and sorting things out.

It is frustrating how many bill collectors and government agencies still require you to either MAIL or FAX documents to them, in the year 2022.

But, little by little, the hat is recovering, and little by little, progress on Re Education 0.35 is being made.
