Version 0.40 progress report and other notes

The purple hat is making progress on Re Education 0.40. The next version is going to take the "True Hypnosis" path in a direction that was decided on by the SubscribeStar members. Version 0.40 will showcase the result of that decision.

In the meantime for those not aware, the purple hat is working on a Webcomic called "Mistress" Duna, available on the hat's SubscribeStar page.

The comic updates weekly with the newest page being available to members first.
