There will be no Christmas release of Dr. Valarie this year... However...

Due to price increases for artwork, I have been unable to prepare a release for Dr. Valarie this Christmas.

However, I'm not too sad about this. Allow me to explain why.

First let me explain why there won't be a Christmas release this year. I am not fully in control of Dr. Valarie's release schedule. Price increases have forced me to wait until, well, now, to commission the artwork for 0.12. I won't have the art I need for 0.12 until probably January.

BUT I haven't been sitting here playing with my brim, oh no. No I've been working on a solution that will allow me to rely less on art commissions, and have grater control over my release schedule.

I also have a Christmas present for you, in the form of a comic I've been working on. I have made the first 10 pages of this comic free to view on my SubscribeStar page.

And page 10 of that comics provides a big hint as to what I'm experimenting with now... a way to bridge the gap between 2D and 3D art...

Stay tuned. There's a lot coming down the pipeline, and this hat has gotten quite the Christmas present that it's going to be putting to use!
