Dr. Valarie 0.12 has been released! (And Happy Valentines Day!)

It’s been a long, and bumpy road to get to Version 0.12. 

But we’re here now! And I can assure you, it was well worth the wait. There is a lot to see in this new update!

This was supposed to be the Christmas release, but circumstances beyond my control pushed the release date back until now, just before Valentines Day. 

And actually, now that I think about it, maybe it’s appropriate that this is a Valentines Day release considering what Ian reveals to Laura. 

Valentines Day is a day to think about your significant other, if applicable. It’s a day to appreciate that they are still alive, and hopefully in good health.

 It’s a day to show them that you appreciate them. Maybe you show it by giving them candy. Or maybe you show it by giving them a nice neck rub, or offering to do something for them you wouldn’t normally do. 

On the flip side, for those who are single, Valentines Day can really suck. You see all this imagery of happy couples around you, and you think about how unhappy you are. 

Maybe those images make you a bit jealous. 

Well, next time you see one of those perfect looking Valentines Day images, remember that image is just a moment, captured in time. You don’t know what led up to that moment. You don’t know what happened after that moment. That happy couple may have been truly happy in that moment, but happiness doesn't last forever.

Here’s hoping that this update will bring you some happiness, at least for a little while.
